Bulletin Announcement Submissions - (Please read prior to submitting a request)
HOW: Submitting your bulletin announcement is easy. Just fill out the form below. All fields are required except where noted. (You may also pick up a paper request form at any of the church entrances and drop it in the collection box or stop by the church office during regular business hours.)
DEADLINE: Announcement requests must be in a minimum of 8 days before you want them to appear (e.g., deadline of 7/15 for the 7/23 bulletin).
GUIDELINE: Please limit length of announcement to no longer than 4-5 sentences.
INCLUSION: All requests are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to edit your announcement for length and content, if necessary. Please make sure that any church events being advertised are scheduled on the church calendar BEFORE the request is submitted. If an event is not on the church calendar – the announcement may be delayed.
IMAGES: If you would like a particular image associated with the announcement, you will need to email the image in a .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .tif, .tiff, or .png format to [email protected].
CONTACT INFO: Your announcement MUST include contact information for more information about your event. Please double-check phone numbers and e-mail addresses for accuracy.
DURATION OF ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements will generally run for no longer than 2 weeks and should be published 2 weeks in advance of your event to ensure maximum exposure to the parish.
